Founder - JANE GORMLEY
Jane is the CRAICLY founder, and brings over fifteen years experience in people teams, recruitment and HR matters. Having worked at director level in both a recruitment agency managing multiple hiring projects across Ireland, Europe and internationally followed by seven years in an edtech training organisation managing employment hiring programs and career coaching. A firm thread through all these professional experiences has been the importance of comprehensive communication for wellness, performances and success.
In the age of digital communication, remote working and rapid change in both lives, careers and decision making, Jane sees this human engagement within a workplace as being a key and crucial factor for all employers.
