A Story Tour

As part of the Waterford Festival of Food we exhibited Bitesize: Stories Behind the Bite. This was a story and photography exhibition (photos by Joleen Cronin, stories by Jane Gormley of CRAICLY, commissioned by Eunice Power, Festival CEO) that celebrated the energy and efforts of forty local producers and food professionals.

This exhibition shared a unique insight and moment in time to the Waterford Food Community and was the centre point of the conversation for the 75,000 visitors over the weekend. We are now keen to continue the story by bringing the collection on tour nationally and internationally. There are 40 images in total, accompanied by their stories.
