Join CRAICLY at the Waterford Festival of Food for an unforgettable evening at the stunning Dromana House. This private historic home, overlooking the Blackwater River, is rich with stories dating back to the 13th-Century and provides a rare glimpse into an Irish home run by the same family for five and a half centuries.
This friendly, entertaining evening will give you a unique glimpse into the heart of the local food culture and we will in particular, look at the important role the Blackwater plays in the local Waterford food culture along by looking at The food of the Blackwater River, including the important link between Dromana and The Wild Irish Salmon. The evening includes a delicious fork supper, welcome drink, lively conversation, and, of course, captivating stories that will leave you with a deeper connection to the people and flavours of this beautiful region.
