From within the candlelit James Joyce Room in Bewley’s, in celebration of The Year of The Horse, we are taking time to hear stories of the Irish Horse. From mythology to sport to history to agriculture to transport to equine companion ….and wherever else the stories take us. The Horse has played an integral role in so many aspects of Irish life and this equine connection has played a huge part in both historic and contemporary social connections. Come join us, as we hear from some people who know them best!
